Resource Manager – Responsibilities and Qualifications. The Resource Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive database of resources in the AIC service region in accordance with AIRS Standards. The employee in this full- time position must hold the AIRS Certified Resource Specialist – Database Curator (“CRS- DC”) certification. If the employee does not have this certification at the time of proposal submission, the Grantee must provide a plan for the employee to obtain CRS-DC certification within six (6) months of eligibility for the exam. (If the CRS-certified employee departs the program during the contract period, the AIC must provide HHSC/TIRN a written plan that will result in a staff member’s CRS-DC certification within six (6) months of eligibility for the exam.) The Resource Manager must have the following minimum qualifications:
