Resource Mothers Outreach. i. Women ages 18 through 44 who qualify under the Low Income Medicaid Class of Assistance under the Georgia Medicaid State plan are mandatorily enrolled into one of the CMOs per the Medicaid State plan. These women will receive Resource Mothers Outreach through the CMOs in which they are enrolled at the time of delivery of their VLBW baby. The State will follow standard Medicaid managed care rules regarding choice of plans.
