Resource Persons. Of a common accord, the coordinating committee appoints resource persons such as professionals, technicians or any other person who might assist the committee in fulfilling its mandate. The honorarium for these resource persons, when required, will be paid in their entirety by the M.E.A.

Resource Persons.
