Entities definition

Entities means event and competition organisers/promoters/managers, land and track owners/managers/administrators/lessees, CAMS affiliated clubs, state and territory governments and insured listed in CAMS’ public/product/professional indemnity insurance policies and each of their related bodies corporate (including their related bodies corporate) and each of their organs and agencies, officers/president/directors/executives, employees, servants, agents, partners, providers, members, competitors, drivers, co-drivers, navigators, officials, crew members, pit crew, delegates, licence holders, representatives, commissions, committees, advisers, trustees, councils, panels, shareholders, volunteers, officials, appointees, delegated bodies and sponsors.
Entities means any business, individual, partnership, joint venture, agency, governmental agency, body or subdivision, association, firm, corporation, limited liability company or other entity of any kind.
Entities mean any vendor, business entity or investment service provider, manager, partner or consultant doing business directly with CalSTRS.

Examples of Entities in a sentence

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Contractor shall use best efforts and all necessary precautions to prevent the introduction and proliferation of any Malicious Code in the Judicial Branch Entities' IT Infrastructure or networks or in the Contractor systems used to provide Work.

  • Contractor will be responsible to Participating Entities only for the requirements and results specified in this Agreement and more particularly as set forth in the Participating Entity’s Statement of Work, and will not be subjected to the JBE's control with respect to the physical action or activities of Contractor in fulfillment of this Agreement or any Participating Addendum.

  • In the event Contractor or the JBE discovers the existence of any Malicious Code, Contractor shall use its best efforts, in cooperation with the JBE, to effect the prompt removal of the Malicious Code from the Work and the Judicial Branch Entities' IT Infrastructure and the repair of any files or data corrupted thereby, and the expenses associated with the removal of the Malicious Code and restoration of the data shall be borne by Contractor.


More Definitions of Entities

Entities means our present or future Affiliates and direct or indirect owners.
