Entities definition

Entities means event and competition organisers/promoters/managers, land and track owners/managers/administrators/lessees, CAMS affiliated clubs, state and territory governments and insured listed in CAMS’ public/product/professional indemnity insurance policies and each of their related bodies corporate (including their related bodies corporate) and each of their organs and agencies, officers/president/directors/executives, employees, servants, agents, partners, providers, members, competitors, drivers, co-drivers, navigators, officials, crew members, pit crew, delegates, licence holders, representatives, commissions, committees, advisers, trustees, councils, panels, shareholders, volunteers, officials, appointees, delegated bodies and sponsors.
Entities means any business, individual, partnership, joint venture, agency, governmental agency, body or subdivision, association, firm, corporation, limited liability company or other entity of any kind.
Entities mean any vendor, business entity or investment service provider, manager, partner or consultant doing business directly with CalSTRS.

  • The Companies shall enter into an equity and asset purchase agreement with one or more buyers on economic terms consistent with the memorandum of understanding dated January 30, 2026 (the “Multi-State MOU”) providing for the purchase by one or more buyers of the direct or indirect equity interests and/or the assets, as applicable, of the Company Entities conducting business operations in Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey and West Virginia (the “Remaining States”).
