Entities definition

Entities means event and competition organisers/promoters/managers, land and track owners/managers/administrators/lessees, CAMS affiliated clubs, state and territory governments and insured listed in CAMS’ public/product/professional indemnity insurance policies and each of their related bodies corporate (including their related bodies corporate) and each of their organs and agencies, officers/president/directors/executives, employees, servants, agents, partners, providers, members, competitors, drivers, co-drivers, navigators, officials, crew members, pit crew, delegates, licence holders, representatives, commissions, committees, advisers, trustees, councils, panels, shareholders, volunteers, officials, appointees, delegated bodies and sponsors.
Entities means any business, individual, partnership, joint venture, agency, governmental agency, body or subdivision, association, firm, corporation, limited liability company or other entity of any kind.
Entities mean any vendor, business entity or investment service provider, manager, partner or consultant doing business directly with CalSTRS.

Examples of Entities in a sentence

  • If any Services or goods offered by the Contractor are found to be defective in material or workmanship, or do not conform to Contractor’s warranty, the Participating Entities shall have the option of returning, repairing, or replacing the defective Services or goods at Contractor’s expense.

  • The Contractor represents and warrants that title to any property assigned, conveyed or licensed to the Participating Entit(ies) is good and that transfer of title or license to the Participating Entit(ies) is rightful and that all property shall be delivered free of any security interest or other lien or encumbrance.
