Resources Implications. There are no resource implications arising from the recommendations in this report. It is proposed that Rutland Council will fund the costs incurred by the County Council for employing two Approved Mental Health Act Professionals (AMHPs) at Grade 12.
Resources Implications. The current service provision across the County and Rutland is delivered at an approximate cost of £7.386m for the financial year 2009/2010 (which equates to approximately £3.693m for the six months extension period) and is paid jointly by Leicestershire County Council and Rutland County Council with funds fully provided by NHS Leicestershire County and Rutland.
Resources Implications. Through the current SLA, the Council has confirmed its minimum level of funding for VSSH over a period of three years, plus an element for inflation according to the Council’s annually determined financial strategy. Approval to the ‘Memorandum’ would therefore have no additional resource implications for the Council in 2004/05 with an increase of £1,980 (at 2004/05 prices) in each of the following two years.
