Members will treat the confidential information of other Members with the same degree of care and supervision as they protect their own confidential information 4.2. any information which is particularly sensitive will be marked as such prior to disclosure, and any such information or information which by its nature is confidential, will be kept confidential with the same degree of care as the Member protects its own confidential information, unless it has become public without any breach of confidence or it is required to be disclosed by any competent authority. 4.3.
