Common use of Respectful Workplace Clause in Contracts

Respectful Workplace. The Parties agree that all Employees shall be entitled to a respectful workplace free of discrimination, sexual violence, sexual harassment and workplace harassment, and further agree to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ such a workplace. The University has policies on these topics, including the Policy on Discrimination and Harassment: Prevention and Response and the Sexual Violence Policy.

(b) In and of itself, the Sexual Violence Policyfact of the Employer exercising management rights in accordance with Article 4 shall not constitute workplace harassment, including but not limited to the issuance of discipline, performance management, and attendance management.
