Respondeat Superior. Any contractor or subcontractor performing for the Grantee in the service area of this Franchise Agreement shall be deemed to be an agent of the Grantee, and the Grantee shall be responsible and liable for the acts of the contractor or subcontractor and its employees while so performing for the Grantee.
