Senior Discount. BC Ferries will provide discounts to those seniors, who are 65 or older, and produce a valid BC Gold Carecard or BC Services Card as follows:

Senior Discount. To receive the senior discount, the CITY shall provide 46 CONTRACTOR with the names and addresses of qualified seniors. CONTRACTOR may 1 require SFD Service Recipient to re-qualify each twelve (12) months. CONTRACTOR shall 2 invoice SFD Service Recipients qualifying for the senior discount at the rates set forth in Exhibit 3 1.

Senior Discount. (a) Within six (6) months of the Effective Date of this Renewal License, the Licensee shall offer a ten percent (10%) discount on basic broadcast level of service to all heads of households, age sixty-five (65) or older, (i) who are Medicaid eligible at their permanent residence or (ii) who meet the criteria for subsidized housing. In order to qualify for such discount, affected senior citizens must present evidence of such eligibility to the Licensee.
Senior Discount. Upon expiration of the Social Contract, the Licensee shall offer a ten percent (10%) discount on the Basic Broadcast Service tier to any head of household, age sixty- five (65) years or older and who is Medicaid eligible or resides in public housing. Said discount shall not be externalized.
