Responding to urgent issues. Urgent, unforeseen issues within the Area Committee area, wedge or elsewhere in the City may arise which require a service response outside of the capacity of the locality team. In such an event, resources may have to be temporarily diverted from scheduled work. If this occurs the Environmental Locality Manager will inform the Committee Chair and Environment Champion as soon as possible. The scale and impact of the diversion of resources will be fully detailed within subsequent performance reports to the Area Committee.
