Response by Email. Customer agrees that the Bank may respond to Customer by email with regard to any non- confidential matter related to Mission Valley Bank Online services or secure email for sensitive data. Any such message the Bank sends to Customer shall be considered received within three days of the date sent, regardless of whether Customer checks email messages within that time frame.
