E-mail. The Employee acknowledges that the Employer retains the right to review any and all electronic mail communications made with employer provided email accounts, hardware, software, or networks, with or without notice, at any time.
E-mail. The Credit Union may not immediately receive E-mail communications that you send and the Credit Union will not take action based on E-mail requests until the Credit Union actually receives your message and has a reasonable opportunity to act. If you need to contact the Credit Union immediately regarding an unauthorized transaction or stop payment request, you may call the Credit Union at (000) 000-0000 or (000) 000-0000.
E-mail. You may use E-mail to send messages to us. E-mail may not, however, be used to initiate a transfer on your account. The UTW president shall be provided the same access that teachers have away from school to Outlook or whatever other communications system the district may then be using, subject to the UTW president signing the same consent that teachers sign including signing any update thereto and subject to the President complying with all district rules and policies regarding use of the district com- munications system.
E-mail. The University recognizes the technological advantage of the e-mail system for communication in a university setting and will provide the basic software for e-mail communication to all Bargaining Unit Faculty Members at no cost to the Member.
E-mail. Students will be required to use the district provided e-mail for academic purposes. This e-mail is filtered and subject to monitoring. Student e-mail addresses should not be used for subscriptions or social networking such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, dating sites, etc. Always use appropriate language. Do not transmit language/material that is profane, obscene, abusive, or offensive to others. Do not send mass e-mails, chain letters, or spam. Email is subject to inspection at any time by school administration. The guidelines of the Acceptable Use of Technology policy apply. Access or use of any other e-mail program or account other than the one issued by the school is prohibited. (i.e., Yahoo Mail, MSN Mail, Gmail, etc.)
E-mail. Authorized representatives of the Association may transmit messages for distribution to nurses to the System Administrator for posting on the WSNA electronic bulletin board.
E-mail. Sending electronic mail to the Bank is a superior way to communicate with us regarding the Connected Accounts or the Online Banking Services. However, unless you use the “Messages” feature available through Online Banking Services AFTER YOU HAVE SECURLY LOGGED INTO THE ONLINE BANKING SITE, your e-mail is sent via your own software and, as a result, may not be secure. Because of this, you should not include confidential information, such as account numbers and balances in any electronic mail to us. You cannot use electronic mail to initiate Online Banking Services transactions. All such transactions must be initiated using the appropriate functions within the Online Banking Services. We will not be liable for any errors, omissions, claims, or problems of any kind involving your e-mail.
