─Response/Compliance with Audit Findings. The Vendor shall take action to ensure its or a subcontractor’s compliance with or correction of any finding of noncompliance with any law, regulation, audit requirement, or generally accepted accounting principle relating to the services and deliverables or any other deficiency contained in any audit, review, or inspection conducted under this section. This action will include Vendor’s delivery to CHFS, for CHFS’s approval, a Corrective Action Plan that addresses deficiencies identified in any audit(s), review(s), or inspection(s) within thirty (30) calendar days of the close of the audit(s), review(s), or inspection(s).
