Response Requirements during any Service Period. a. During any Service Period the Contractor must ensure that after receiving notification from a Member the Aircraft will be airborne and proceeding to carry out the tasks required as soon as safely practicable and within the Nominated Response Time set out in clause 6 of Schedule 2, or within such greater period as agreed with a Member.
