Common use of Response to Information Requests Clause in Contracts

Response to Information Requests. If UNIVERSITY receives a request under the Illinois Freedom of Information Act or a request by legal process or administrative order to disclose Confidential Information, UNIVERSITY will use reasonable efforts to provide prompt notice to SPONSOR and will reasonably cooperate with SPONSOR to protect any SPONSOR Confidential Information.

Response to Information Requests. If UNIVERSITY receives a request under the Illinois Freedom of Information Act or a request by legal process or administrative order to disclose SPONSOR’s Confidential Information, to the extent legally permissible UNIVERSITY will use reasonable efforts to provide prompt notice to SPONSOR and will reasonably cooperate with SPONSOR to protect any SPONSOR Confidential Informationof such request.
