Response to Request. Upon the request for assistance from a Requesting Party, the Responding Official may authorize and direct his/her party’s personnel to provide assistance to the Requesting Party. This decision will be made after considering the needs of the Responding Party and the availability of resources. The decision of the Responding Party or Official to respond shall be determined solely by the Responding Official and shall be conclusive. No liability to the Responding Party or Official shall result by failing to respond or provide assistance to the Requesting Party.

Response to Request. Following receipt of such request, the employee’s immediate supervisor shall respond in writing within a reasonable period of time indicating approval, denial or modification of the employee’s original leave of absence request.
Response to Request. Upon receipt from the requesting party or parties in need of assistance, the responding party or parties shall take the following action: A. Determine if the responding party of parties have the personnel, equipment and/or assets to respond to the requesting party or parties B. Determine what personnel, equipment and/or assets are needed and respond in accordance to response and deployment agreements with respective county and/or Agency dispatch centers.
Response to Request. Upon receipt of such a request the commanding officer of the Responding Agency shall immediately take the following actions: 3.2.1 Determine if the Responding Agency has equipment and personnel available to respond to the Requesting Agency and determine the type of the equipment and number of personnelavailable. 3.2.2 Determine what available equipment, apparatus and/or personnel should be dispatched in accordance with the operating plans and procedures established by the Parties. 3.2.3 In the event the needed equipment, apparatus and/or personnel are available, to dispatch such equipment, apparatus and personnel to the scene of the emergency with proper operating instructions. 3.2.4 In the event the needed equipment, apparatus and/or personnel are not available, to immediately advise the Requesting Agency. 3.2.5 The Parties recognize that time is critical during an emergency and diligent efforts will be made to respond to a request for Mutual Aid as rapidly as possible, including any notification(s) that requested resources are not available.

Response to Request. A. The Responding Agency shall make available to the Requesting Agency such personnel, vehicles and/or equipment that can safely be sent or released to respond to the need. The Parties agree to use their best efforts to respond to a request for a Mutual Aid by sending Available Units automatically and promptly to the staging area/scene/site as requested by the Requesting Agency. B. The aid rendered will be to the extent or scope of available personnel, vehicles and equipment not immediately required to remain behind for adequate protection of the territorial limits of the Responding Agency. The judgement of the Police Chief/Sheriff, or his/her designee, of the Responding Agency shall be final as to the personnel, vehicles and equipment that are Available Units to render aid. C. An authorized representative of any Party which has withheld or refused to provide requested assistance under this Agreement shall immediately notify the Requesting Agency of such denial.

Response to Request. If [PARTY B] has good cause to request a replacement, within [five] Business Days' of receiving the request, [PARTY A] shall use reasonable efforts to provide substitute personnel of sufficient skill, knowledge, and training, subject to their availability.
Response to Request. SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE RESPONDING AGENCY SHOULD MAKE EVERY REASONABLE EFFORT TO BRING WHATEVER EQUIPMENT IS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE WORK IN THE REQUESTING JURISDICTION. IN ALL INSTANCES, THE RESPONDING AGENCY SHALL RENDER SUCH EQUIPMENT AND/OR PERSONNEL AS IT CAN PROVIDE CONSISTENT WITH ITS OWN SERVICE NEEDS AT THE TIME, TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE RESPONDING AGENCY'S EXISTING COMMITMENTS WITHIN ITS OWN SERVICE AREA. THE RESPONDING AGENCY SHALL BE THE SOLE JUDGE OF WHAT RESOURCES OR PERSONNEL IT HAS AVAILABLE TO FURNISH PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT. BUILDING INSPECTORS FURNISHED TO REQUESTING AGENCIES UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE, AS A MINIMUM, CERTIFIED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF BUILDING OFFICIALS (ICBO), THE BUILDING OFFICIALS AND CODE ADMINISTRATORS (BOCA), OR THE SOUTHERN BUILDING CODE CONGRESS INTERNATIONAL (SBCCI).
Response to Request. The Commanding Officer of the Responding Jurisdiction(s) receiving the request for assistance shall make available to the Commanding Officer of the Requesting Jurisdiction such personnel or equipment as is available to meet the needs of the Emergency. The Commanding Officer of a Participating Jurisdiction may decline the request for assistance if personnel or equipment are not available at the time of the request. No party to this agreement shall be liable for failure to respond to a request for assistance for any reason.
