Response to Requests for Records. The Charter School is responsible for responding to requests, subpoenas and court orders for records, of which it has custody, control or possession. In the case of student records, the Charter School is solely responsible for responding to any and all requests for student records for any student enrolled in the Charter School in a manner that is consistent with the law, regulations, policies and procedures governing the disclosure of student records.
