Responsibilities of Independent Verifier. The Independent Verifier shall, on a periodic basis perform such procedures with respect to the information provided to the Insurer pursuant to Article III as the Insurer and the Adviser shall agree prior to the Inception Date and report its finding to the Insurer (the "Independent Verification Report").
