RESPONSIBILITIES OF INSTITUTION. 8.1 The Institution shall: 8.1.1 provide passwords and other confidential Authentication Information only to Authorised Users and take reasonable steps to prevent Authorised Users from providing such Authentication Information to anyone else; 8.1.2 provide to the Publisher lists of valid IP addresses for the purpose of managing access to the Licensed Material and update those lists regularly as agreed by the parties from time to time; 8.1.3 use reasonable efforts to ensure that only Authorised Users are permitted access to the Licensed Material; 8.1.4 inform the Authorised Users about the conditions of use of the Licensed Material provided for in this Licence and to the extent that such terms apply to them, use reasonable efforts to ensure that all Authorised Users are made aware of and undertake to abide by the terms of this Licence; and 8.1.5 configure the computer system through which the Licensed Material used by the Institution and Authorised Users, and put in place procedures, in accordance with reasonably appropriate accepted standards, for the purpose of preventing access to the Licensed Material by any person other than an Authorised User. 8.2 The Institution shall use reasonable efforts to monitor compliance with the terms of this Licence and shall promptly notify the Publisher, providing full particulars (to the extent that it is not prohibited by law or contractual obligation from doing so), on becoming aware of any of the following: 8.2.1 any unauthorised access to or use of the Licensed Material or unauthorised use of Authentication Information; or 8.2.2 any act by an Authorised User which gives rise to a breach of this Licence. 8.3 As soon as the Institution is aware of any breach of the terms of this Licence, the Institution shall: 8.3.1 take reasonable steps to investigate such breach for the purpose of ensuring that the relevant activity ceases and preventing any recurrence; and 8.3.2 if the Institution considers this appropriate, take steps against the individual concerned in accordance with the Institution’s disciplinary procedure 8.3.3 but the Institution shall not have any other liability for any breach relating to the security of the Secure Network or use by Authorised Users of any Licensed Material.

As soon as the Institution is aware of any breach of the terms of this Licence, the Institution shall: 8.3.1 take reasonable steps further agrees promptly to fully investigate such breach for the purpose of ensuring that the relevant activity ceases and preventing any recurrence; and 8.3.2 if the Institution considers this appropriate, take steps against the individual concerned initiate disciplinary procedures in accordance with the Institution’s disciplinary procedure's standard practice and use all reasonable efforts to ensure that such activity ceases and to prevent any recurrence. 8.3.3 but the 6.2 The Institution shall not have any other liability for any breach relating undertakes to the security Publisher that the computer system through which the Licensed Material will be used is configured, and procedures are in place, to prohibit access to the Licensed Material by any person other than an Authorised User, that it shall inform the Authorised Users about the conditions of use of the Secure Network or use by Authorised Users of any Licensed Material, and that during the term of this Licence, the Institutions will make best efforts to bar non-permitted access and to convey appropriate use information to its Authorised Users.

As soon as the Institution is aware of any breach of the terms of this Licence, the Institution shall: 8.3.1 take reasonable steps further agrees promptly to fully investigate such breach for the purpose of ensuring that the relevant activity ceases and preventing any recurrence; and 8.3.2 if the Institution considers this appropriate, take steps against the individual concerned initiate disciplinary procedures in accordance with the Institution’s disciplinary procedure's standard practice and use all reasonable effort to ensure that such activity ceases and to prevent any recurrence. 8.3.3 but the 6.2 The Institution shall not have any other liability for any breach relating undertakes to the security Publisher that the computer system through which the Licensed Material will be used is configured, and procedures are in place, to prohibit access to the Licensed Material by any person other than an Authorised User, that it shall inform the Authorised Users about the conditions of use of the Secure Network or use by Authorised Users of any Licensed Material, and that during the term of this Licence, the Institutions will make best efforts to bar non-permitted access and to convey appropriate use information to its Authorised Users.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF INSTITUTION. 8.1 The Institution shall: 8.1.1 use reasonable efforts to ensure compliance with Publisher's usage policies (xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxx.xx/cps/rde/xbcr/zentrale_seiten/DOCUMENTS/Nutzungsbe dingungen_EN.pdf), including security and technical access requirements. To this extent, the Institution will limit access to the Licensed Material to Authorised Users and will not at any time during or after the term of this Licence disclose Licensed Material to persons other than Authorised Users without first obtaining the written consent of the Publisher, except as otherwise required by law in which case the Institution shall notify the Publisher prior to such disclosure. 8.1.2 provide passwords and other confidential Authentication Information only to Authorised Users and take reasonable steps to prevent Authorised Users from providing such Authentication Information to anyone else; 8.1.2 8.1.3 provide to the Publisher lists of valid IP addresses for the purpose of managing access to the Licensed Material and update those lists regularly as agreed by the parties from time to time; 8.1.3 8.1.4 use reasonable efforts to ensure that only Authorised Users are permitted access to the Licensed Material; 8.1.4 8.1.5 inform the Authorised Users about the conditions of use of the Licensed Material provided for in this Licence and to the extent that such terms apply to them, use reasonable efforts to ensure that all Authorised Users are made aware of and undertake to abide by the terms of this Licence; and; 8.1.5 8.1.6 configure the computer system through which the Licensed Material is used by the Institution and Authorised Users, and put in place proceduresand maintain adequate and effective state of the art data security systems and measures, in accordance line with reasonably appropriate accepted standardsinternational industry standards and best practice, for the purpose of preventing access to the Licensed Material by any person other than an Authorised User; and 8.1.7 use reasonable efforts to protect the Publisher’s copyright in all places where the Institution provides access to the Licensed Material, including any internet-based network or domain. 8.2 The Institution shall use reasonable efforts to monitor compliance with the terms of this Licence and shall promptly notify the Publisher, providing full particulars (to the extent that it is not prohibited by law or contractual obligation from doing so), on becoming aware of any of the following: 8.2.1 any unauthorised access to or use of the Licensed Material or unauthorised use of Authentication Information; or 8.2.2 any act by an Authorised User which gives rise to a breach of this Licence. 8.3 As soon as the Institution is aware or is made aware of any alleged cases of misuse or infringement of the terms of this Licence, including but not limited to sharing of user credentials with non-Authorised Users or any other case of facilitating access to Publisher’s server for non- Authorised Users (breach of the terms of this Licence), the Institution shallshall within 10 Working Days: 8.3.1 take reasonable steps to investigate such breach for the purpose of ensuring that the relevant activity ceases and preventing any recurrence; and 8.3.2 if the Institution considers this appropriate, take steps against the individual concerned in accordance with the Institution’s disciplinary procedure 8.3.3 but the Institution shall not have any other liability for any breach relating to the security of the Secure Network or use by Authorised Users of any Licensed Material.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF INSTITUTION. 8.1 The Institution shall: 8.1.1 provide passwords and other confidential Authentication Information only to Authorised Users and take reasonable steps to prevent Authorised Users from providing such Authentication Information to anyone else; 8.1.2 provide maintain accurate and complete lists which identify Authorised Users and, where applicable, the Authentication Information (or other secure login details) which the Institution has issued to the Publisher them, and make such lists of valid IP addresses for the purpose of managing access available to the Licensed Material and update those lists regularly as agreed by the parties from time to timeJisc Collections on request; 8.1.3 use reasonable efforts to ensure that only Authorised Users are permitted access to the Licensed Material; 8.1.4 inform the Authorised Users about the conditions of use of the Licensed Material provided for in this Sub-Licence and to the extent that such terms apply to them, use reasonable efforts to ensure that all Authorised Users are made aware of and undertake to abide by the terms of this Sub-Licence; and; 8.1.5 configure the computer system through which the Licensed Material used by the Institution and Authorised Users, and put in place procedures, in accordance with reasonably appropriate accepted standards, for the purpose of preventing access to the Licensed Material by any person other than an Authorised User. 8.2 The Institution shall use reasonable efforts to monitor compliance with the terms of this Sub-Licence by itself and Authorised Users and shall promptly notify the PublisherAirbus and Jisc Collections, providing full particulars (to the extent that it is not prohibited by law or contractual obligation from doing so), on becoming aware of any of the following: 8.2.1 :  any unauthorised access to or use of the Licensed Material or unauthorised use unauthorised, unusual, or misuse of Authentication Information; or 8.2.2 or  any act by an Authorised User which gives rise to a breach of this Sub-Licence. 8.3 As soon as the Institution is aware of any breach of the terms of this LicenceSub-Licence by itself, the Institution shall: 8.3.1 shall take reasonable steps to investigate such breach for the purpose of ensuring that the relevant activity ceases and preventing any recurrence; and 8.3.2 and if the Institution considers this appropriate, take steps against the individual concerned in accordance with the Institution’s disciplinary procedure. 8.3.3 but 8.4 As soon as the Institution shall not have is aware of any other liability for any breach relating failure by Airbus to the security meet Airbus’ Commitments it will promptly give notice of such failure to Jisc Collections, setting out details of the Secure Network or use by failure and its impact on the Institution and Authorised Users of any Licensed MaterialUsers, and provide such further information and details as Jisc Collections may request in connection with such failure.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF INSTITUTION. 8.1 7.1 The Institution shall: 8.1.1 7.1.1 provide passwords and other confidential Authentication Information only to Authorised Users and take reasonable steps to prevent Authorised Users from providing such Authentication Information to anyone else; 8.1.2 7.1.2 provide to the Publisher Clarivate lists of valid IP addresses for the purpose of managing access to the Licensed Material Product and update those lists regularly as agreed by the parties from time to time; 8.1.3 7.1.3 use reasonable efforts to ensure that only Authorised Users are permitted access to the Licensed MaterialProduct; 8.1.4 7.1.4 inform the Authorised Users about the conditions of use of the Licensed Material Product provided for in this Licence and to the extent that such terms apply to them, use reasonable efforts to ensure that all Authorised Users are made aware of and undertake to abide by the terms of this Licence; and 8.1.5 7.1.5 configure the computer system through which the Licensed Material Product used by the Institution and Authorised Users, and put in place procedures, in accordance with reasonably appropriate accepted standards, for the purpose of preventing access to the Licensed Material Product by any person other than an Authorised User. 8.2 7.2 The Institution shall use reasonable efforts to monitor compliance with the terms of this Licence and shall promptly notify the PublisherClarivate, providing full particulars (to the extent that it is not prohibited by law or contractual confidential obligation from doing so), on becoming aware of any of the following: 8.2.1 7.2.1 any unauthorised access to or use of the Licensed Material Product or unauthorised use of Authentication Information; or 8.2.2 7.2.2 any act by an Authorised User which gives rise to a breach of this Licence. 8.3 7.3 As soon as the Institution is aware of any breach of the terms of this Licence, the Institution shall: 8.3.1 7.3.1 take reasonable steps to investigate such breach for the purpose of ensuring that the relevant activity ceases and preventing any recurrence; and 8.3.2 7.3.2 if the Institution considers this appropriate, take steps against the individual concerned in accordance with the Institution’s disciplinary procedure 8.3.3 procedure but the Institution shall not have any other liability for any breach relating to the security of the Secure Network or use by Authorised Users of any Licensed MaterialProduct.
