Responsibilities of Manager. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, during the term of this Management Agreement and any extensions and renewals hereof, Manager shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide all management services including providing facilities, support, non-physician personnel, billing, equipment, furnishings, and supplies required for the operation of Group as an integral part thereof at the premises established for such purposes.
