Responsibilities of Organization. 5.1. Organization shall provide all of the following basic services: 5.1.01. Operation of a victim advocate center serving county residents to include the following: a. Staff salary while conducting fund raising campaigns; and b. Provide educational materials for prevention and awareness campaigns; and c. Accounting services; and d. Day to Day operational expenses, as necessary; and e. Training and operation of a 24-hour HOPE line.
