Responsibilities of Organization. 5.1. Organization shall provide all of the following services: 5.1.01. Advocacy of partnership with individuals and communities to deliver professional mental health and substance abuse treatment, education, and consultation designed to enhance the strengths and well-being of the persons served, including, but not limited to: a. Individual and group counseling and family therapy; and b. Substance abuse evaluations for the courts, Department of Family Services, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, schools, and other as necessary; and c. Pre-employment evaluations; and d. Case management services for seriously and persistently mentally ill adults and seriously emotionally disturbed youth; and e. Successful Families Program; and f. Emergency on-call availability, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for all residents of Converse County; and g. Specialized treatment for trauma victims; and h. Alcohol abuse counseling and education; and i. Intensive Outpatient Treatment for substance abusers; and j. Group Home with Crisis Room; and k. Consultation with other not-for-profit organizations; and l. Development, implementation and monitoring of Employee Assistance Programs for business and governmental agencies; and m. Crisis intervention services for local emergency medical, fire and law enforcement personnel; and n. Prevention and education programs for schools, the Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy, nursing/medical professionals, nursing home personnel, and other not-for- profit organizations, including but not limited to staff in-service training on stress management, substance abuse issues, and depression; and o. Specialized counseling, education and monitoring services to the elderly, pregnant females, victims of trauma, and hearing impaired; and p. Purchase of necessary computer equipment and upgrading of Electronic Health Record software; and q. Building and grounds maintenance and upgrades.
