The responsibilities of representatives are as follows: • The representative agrees to abide by existing and future agreements between management and unions and will take the necessary steps to uphold these agreements. • Representatives should carry out their duties in accordance with the usual courtesies expected of all employees. • In all respects other than those outlined in the section above (functions of representatives) the representative will conform to the same working conditions as other employees.
