Responsibilities of Sellers. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the exercise by the Purchaser of its rights hereunder shall not release the Sellers from any of their duties or obligations with respect to any Receivables or under the related Contracts or Invoices. The Purchaser shall have no obligation or liability with respect to any Receivables or related Contracts or Invoices, nor shall it be obligated to perform the obligations of Sellers.
