Common use of Responsibilities of the Alliance Managers Clause in Contracts

Responsibilities of the Alliance Managers. The Alliance Managers will facilitate communication between the parties to assure a successful relationship between the parties. The Alliance Managers shall be the primary point of contact for the parties regarding the activities contemplated by this Agreement and shall facilitate all such activities hereunder, except to the extent such matters are coordinated by the JSC.

Responsibilities of the Alliance Managers. The Alliance Managers will facilitate shall endeavor to assure clear and responsive communication between the parties to assure a successful relationship between Parties and the partieseffective exchange of information, and may serve as the primary points of contact for any matters arising under this Agreement. The Alliance Managers shall be strive to ensure each Party’s awareness of and compliance with the primary point governance procedures and rules under this Agreement. The Alliance Managers may attend meetings of contact for the parties regarding the activities contemplated by JSC under this Agreement and shall facilitate all such activities hereunder, except to may raise issues for the extent JSC discussion (provided such matters are coordinated by within the jurisdiction of the JSC). The Alliance Managers shall not have any authority under this Agreement.
