Responsibilities of the Licensor. 6.1 The Licensor agrees to: 6.1.1 provide access and allow use of the Licensed Product in accordance with the provisions as laid down in this Agreement and its Schedules attached hereto 6.1.2 allow nominated staff of the Licensee to act as Authorised Demonstrators in accordance with the provisions as laid down in this Agreement for the purpose of publicising and promoting the Licensed Product to target audiences. 6.1.3 provide the Licensee, 30 days before commencement of this Agreement, with information sufficient to enable access to the Licensed Product in accordance with the terms in this Agreement;
