Responsibilities of the Licensee. The Licensee shall develop and maintain an inspection system intended to ensure quality of service and standards of sanitation and cleanliness. This system shall include written records of inspections made. These records shall be made available to the Licensor upon request.

Responsibilities of the Licensee. 1. The Licensee agrees to: a. Issue passwords or other access information only to Authorised Users and use all reasonable efforts to ensure that Authorised Users do not divulge their passwords or other access information to any third party; b. Provide lists of valid IP addresses to the Publisher and update those lists on a regular basis; c. Use all reasonable efforts, including without limitation by use of Secure Authentication, to ensure that only Authorised Users are permitted access to the Licensed Material; d. Use all reasonable efforts to ensure that all Institutions and Authorised Users abide by the terms of this Licence Agreement; e. Use all reasonable efforts to monitor compliance with the terms of this Licence Agreement and notify the Publisher and provide particulars - to the extent that this is not prohibited by existing data protection rules - on becoming aware of any of the following: - Any unauthorised access to or use of the Licensed Material or unauthorised use of any of the Institution's password(s); - Or any breach by an Institution or an Authorised User of the terms of this Licence Agreement. Upon becoming aware of any breach of the terms of this Licence Agreement, the Licensee further agrees promptly to fully investigate and initiate disciplinary procedures in accordance with the Institution's standard practice and to use all reasonable effort to ensure that such activity ceases and to prevent any recurrence.

The Licensee will cause Authorised Schools to: 5.1.1. issue passwords or other access information only to Authorised Users and use all reasonable efforts to ensure that Authorised Users do not divulge their passwords or other access information to any third party; 5.1.2. use all reasonable efforts to ensure that only Authorised Users are permitted access to the Licensed Work; 5.1.3. use all reasonable efforts to ensure that all Authorised Users are made aware of and undertake to abide by the terms of this Licence; 5.1.4. use all reasonable efforts to monitor compliance and notify the Publisher immediately and provide full particulars on becoming aware of any of the following (a) any unauthorised use of any of the Authorised School's password(s); or (b) any breach by an Authorised User of the terms of this Licence. Upon becoming aware of any breach of the terms of this Licence the Licensee further agrees promptly to cause the Authorised School to fully investigate and initiate disciplinary procedures in accordance with the Authorised School's standard practice and use all reasonable effort to ensure that such activity ceases and to prevent any recurrence; 5.1.5. comply with all computer security procedures required by Publisher and take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of the Licensed Work; and 5.1.6. provide to the Publisher the necessary access information such as lists of valid IP addresses or a Referring URL, and update the Publisher when there is a change.

The Licensee will cause Authorised Institutions to: 5.1.1. issue passwords or other access information only to Authorised Users and Authorised Demonstrators and use all reasonable efforts to ensure that Authorised Users and Authorised Demonstrators do not divulge their passwords or other access information to any third party; 5.1.2. use all reasonable efforts to ensure that only Authorised Users and Authorised Demonstrators are permitted access to the Licensed Work; 5.1.3. use all reasonable efforts to ensure that all Authorised Users and Authorised Demonstrators are made aware of and undertake to abide by the terms of this Licence; 5.1.4. use all reasonable efforts to monitor compliance and notify the Publisher immediately and provide full particulars on becoming aware of any of the following (a) any unauthorised use of any of the Authorised Institution's password(s); or (b) any breach by an Authorised User of the terms of this Licence. Upon becoming aware of any breach of the terms of this Licence the Licensee further agrees promptly to cause the Authorised Institution to fully investigate and initiate disciplinary procedures in accordance with the Authorised Institution's standard practice and use all reasonable effort to ensure that such activity ceases and to prevent any recurrence; 5.1.5. comply with all computer security procedures required by Publisher and take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of the Licensed Work; and 5.1.6. provide the Publisher with such access information (IP addresses, referring URL’s, library card ranges or pin numbers, and Shibboleth attributes) as is necessary to ensure access to the Licensed Work by Authorised Users and Authorised Demonstrators and Authorised Demonstrators via the Secure Network of the Institution and via the website of the Publisher.
Responsibilities of the Licensee. 6.1 The Licensee shall: give passwords or other access information only to Authorised Users and use all reasonable efforts to ensure that Authorised Users do not give their passwords or other access information to anyone else; use all reasonable efforts to ensure that Authorised Users are made aware of the terms of this License; use all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Authorised Users comply with the terms of this Agreement. The Licensee will immediately on becoming aware of any unauthorised use or other breach notify the Publisher and take all reasonable steps to ensure that such activity ceases and to prevent any recurrence; provide the Publisher with lists of valid IP addresses and update those lists on a regular basis the frequency of which will be agreed by the parties from time to time; and undertake to the Publisher that the Licensee’s computer system through which Licensed Material will be used is configured, and procedures are in place, to prohibit access to the Licensed Material by any person other than an Authorised User, and that during the term of this License, the Licensee will continue to make best efforts to bar non-permitted access and to convey appropriate use information to its Authorised Users.

Issue passwords or other access information only to Contractually Defined Users and use all reasonable efforts to ensure that Contractually Defined Users do not divulge their passwords or other access information to any third party. d. Use all reasonable efforts, including without limitation by use of Secure Authentication, to ensure that only Contractually Defined Users are permitted access to the Licensed Material; e. The Licensee agrees to: Use all reasonable efforts to monitor compliance with the terms of this Licence Agreement and notify the Publisher and provide particulars - to the extent that this is not prohibited by existing data protection rules - on becoming aware of any of the following: - Any unauthorized access to or use of the Licensed Material or unauthorized use of any of the Institution's password(s). - Any breach of the terms of this Licence Agreement by a Contractually Defined User. Upon becoming aware of any breach of the terms of this License Agreement, the Licensee further agrees to promptly and fully investigate and initiate disciplinary procedures in accordance with the Licensee's or Institution's standard practice and to use all reasonable efforts to ensure that such activity ceases and to prevent any recurrence.
Responsibilities of the Licensee. 3.1 The Licensee will provide all identifying information relating to the Licensee and its Authorised Users required for the completion of this license. 3.2 The Licensee will obtain at its cost all telecommunications and other equipment and software (including an Internet browser and portable document file reader) together with all relevant software licenses necessary to access the Licensed Work(s) online via the Licensee's Secure Network. 3.3 The Licensee will: 3.3.1 use all reasonable efforts to ensure that only Authorised Users are permitted access to the Licensed Work(s) by means of the Licensee's Secure Network; 3.3.2 take all reasonable steps to ensure that all Authorised Users abide by terms of this Agreement. 3.4 The Licensee will notify Licensor as soon as practicable if it becomes aware of any breach by an Authorised User of the terms of this Agreement. Upon becoming aware of any breach of the terms of this Agreement by an Authorised User, the Licensee further agrees promptly to initiate disciplinary procedures in accordance with the Licensee's standard practice.

The Licensee undertakes to the Publisher that the computer system through which the licensed material will be used is configured, and procedures are in place, to prohibit access to the licensed material by any person other than an Authorised User, that it shall inform the Authorised Users about the conditions of use of the licensed material, and that during the term of this Licence Agreement, the Licensee will make best efforts to bar non-permitted access and to convey appropriate use information to its Authorised Users. Responsibilities of the Licensee. 3.1 The Licensee will provide all identifying information relating to the Licensee and its Authorised Users required by the Online Registration Materials. The Licensee acknowledges that access to the Licensed Work(s) under this Agreement is conditional upon the Licensee completing the Online Registration Materials. The Licensee will amend the Online Registration Materials promptly following any additions, deletions or other alterations to the information supplied. 3.2 The Licensee will obtain at its cost all telecommunications and other equipment and software (including an Internet browser and portable document file reader) together with all relevant software licenses necessary to access the Licensed Work(s) online via the Licensee's Secure Network. 3.3 The Licensee will: 3.3.1 be responsible for the confidentiality and all use of its Password(s); 3.3.2 use all reasonable efforts to ensure that only Authorised Users are permitted access to the Licensed Work(s) by means of the Licensee's Secure Network; 3.3.3 take all reasonable steps to ensure that all Authorised Users abide by terms of this Agreement. 3.4 The Licensee will notify Licensor as soon as practicable if it becomes aware of any of the following: (a) any loss or theft of the Licensee‘s Password(s); (b) any unauthorised use of any of the Licensee‘s Password(s); or (c) any breach by an Authorised User of the terms of this Agreement. Upon becoming aware of any breach of the terms of this Agreement by an Authorised User, the Licensee further agrees promptly to initiate disciplinary procedures in accordance with the Licensee's standard practice.
Responsibilities of the Licensee. 6.1) The Licensee, in compliance with existing laws, and in particular with that of L. 633/941, as amended by Legislative Decree 68/03, undertakes to make use of Editorial Content exclusively for the purposes as laid down in this contract. In particular the Licensee undertakes: a) not to make copies on any media - whether digital, electronic or paper - if not in the manner permitted by law and in the contract; b) if the option to make electronic copies of permanent limited parts of each file was planned (as indicated in 4.6) it is not allowed to make systematic and complete electronic copies of individual files of the works published in the Editorials Content; c) not to modify and/or use Editorials Content for inclusion in current miscellaneous derivative works, composite or complex (in any way on any medium and for any purpose, including the establishment of training courses) without prior express written permission from the Publisher (the Licensor) d) not to remove and/or alter in any way the names of the authors, the particulars relating to the copyright of the producer, and any other identifying information that exists in the Editorial Content; e) not to transmit via any media (printed and/or digital) or by any means (mail, fax, email or otherwise) to third party users - even to authorized users - outside the site(s), Editorial Content and /or a part thereof, even for no profit motives (with the exception of library exchange services, where granted as indicated in point 4.6); f) to take all necessary and reasonable measures to ensure that only specifically authorized users have access to Editorials Content; g) to use all necessary precautions to ensure that Authorized Users are appropriately informed of the terms and conditions of license (obtaining their consent); h) to take all necessary and reasonable precautions to monitor any illegal use of Editorials Content, doing everything in its power, including appropriate disciplinary action to ensure the cessation of any unlawful activity and prevent its recurrence.
