RESPONSIBILITIES WITH RESPECT TO SERVICE. 4. The Dealer shall develop, maintain and direct a trained, quality service organization and render at the DEALERSHIP FACILITIES prompt, workmanlike, courteous and willing service to owners and users of COMPANY PRODUCTS, in accordance with the standards and procedures set forth in the applicable CUSTOMER SERVICE BULLETIN, including without limitation all service to which a purchaser of a COMPANY PRODUCT from any authorized Ford dealer may be entitled.
