Common use of Responsibility; Cost and Expense Clause in Contracts

Responsibility; Cost and Expense. As between the Parties, Licensee will solely be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for seeking and attempting to obtain all Regulatory Approvals for the Licensed Products for use in the Territory and in the Field, including in accordance with each Development Plan.
