Responsibility for Compliance with Confidentiality and Non-Use Obligations. Each Party shall be responsible for any intentional misuse or misappropriation, by such Party, its Affiliates, or the employees, consultants, agents or contractors of such Party or such Party's Affiliates, of the other Party's Confidential Information.
