Responsibility for Contractors. a. If Seller contracts with a contractor or subcontractor to perform any portion of the Timber management operations described in this Agreement as being performed by Seller, it shall ensure that any such contractor or subcontractor shall be made aware of and shall abide by all pertinent provisions of this Agreement.
