Termination Prior to Reactivation of LNG Terminal. (a) In the event that by October 1, 0000, Xxxxxxxx XXX has not received the Section 3(a) Approval, then, at any time thereafter until Section 3(a) Approval as required by Section 2.1 has been obtained by Southern LNG, Seller may serve on Buyer a written notice stating a date on which this Agreement shall terminate (such date, a "Pre-Approvals Termination Date"), which date shall not be (i) earlier than the thirtieth (30th) day or (ii) later than the fortieth (40th) day, following service of that notice. If the Section 3(a) Approval has not been obtained by Southern LNG as of the Pre-Approvals Termination Date, then this Agreement shall terminate as of the Pre-Approvals Termination Date, whereupon neither Party shall have any rights, obligations or liabilities under this Agreement, except as provided in Section 29.14.
