Responsibility for damage to the Dedicated Facility. The Owner is liable for any and all loss or damage to the Dedicated Facility arising from or related to the hire or use of the Dedicated Facility by the Owner, the Shipping Agent, or their servants, agents, employees or contractors, including all crew and all personnel engaged by it in relation to a Vessel, and occurring during the Access Period.
