Common use of Responsibility for documentation Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for documentation. The Agent: (a) is not responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Agent, the Obligors or any other person in or in connection with any Finance Document; and (b) is not responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.

Responsibility for documentation. The Agent: (a) is not responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Agent, the Obligors an Obligor or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance Document; andor (b) is not responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.

Responsibility for documentation. The AgentAgent is not: (a) is not responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Agent, the Obligors an Obligor or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance DocumentDocument or the Information Memorandum; andor (b) is not responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.

Responsibility for documentation. The AgentAgent is not: (a) is not responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Agent, the Obligors Parent Guarantor or any of its Subsidiaries or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance DocumentDocument or any information or syndication memorandum used in connection with syndicating the Facility; andor (b) is not responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.

Responsibility for documentation. The Facility Agent: (aA) is not responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Facility Agent, the Obligors an Obligor or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance Document; andor (bB) is not responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.

The AgentAgent is not responsible for: (a) is not responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Agent, the Obligors an Obligor or any other person Person given in or in connection with this Agreement or any other Finance Document; andor (b) is not responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of this Agreement or any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document (as against any Obligor) entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with this Agreement or any other Finance Document.

The Agent: (a) is not responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Agent, the Obligors an Obligor or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance DocumentDocument or the Information Memorandum; andor (b) is not responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.

The Agent: (a) Agent is not responsible for for: a) the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Agent, the Obligors Company or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance DocumentDocument or the Information Memorandum; andor (b) is not responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.

The Agent: (a) is not responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Agent, the Obligors Borrower or any other person in or in connection with any Finance Document; andor (b) is not responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.

The AgentAgent is not: (a) is not responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Agent, the Obligors Borrower or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance Document; andor (b) is not responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.

Responsibility for documentation. The Agent: (a) Agent is not responsible or liable for – 25.7.1 the adequacy, accuracy and/or or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the AgentAgent (in that capacity), the Obligors Borrower or any other person in or in connection with any Finance Document; and (b) is not responsible for Document or the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any transactions contemplated in the Finance Document Documents or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of of, under or in connection with any Finance Document.; or

The AgentAgent is not: (a) is not responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Agent, the Obligors an Obligor or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance DocumentTransaction Document or the Information Memorandum; andor (b) is not responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Transaction Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Transaction Document.

The Agent: (a) is not responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Agent, the Obligors or any other person in or in connection with any Finance Document; and (b) is not responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.

Responsibility for documentation. The AgentAgent is not: (a) is not responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Agent, the Obligors or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance Fundamental Document; andor (b) is not responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Fundamental Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Fundamental Document.

Responsibility for documentation. The AgentAgent :- (a) is not responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Agent, the Obligors Security Trustee, an Obligor or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance DocumentRelevant Document or the Information Memorandum; andor (b) is not responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Relevant Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Relevant Document.

Responsibility for documentation. The AgentAgent is not: (a) is not responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Agent, the Obligors an Obligor or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance Document; andor (b) is not responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.

Responsibility for documentation. The Agent: (a) Agent is not responsible for or liable for: 26.7.1 the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Agent, the Obligors a Security Party or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance Document; and (b) is not responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Relevant Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made the transactions contemplated in anticipation of or in connection with any the Finance DocumentDocuments; 26.

Responsibility for documentation. The AgentAgent is not responsible for: (a) is not responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Agentany Secured Party, the Obligors Company or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance Transaction Document; andor (b) is not responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Transaction Document or any other agreement, arrangement or other document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Transaction Document.

Responsibility for documentation. The AgentAgent is not responsible for: (a) is not responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Agent, the Obligors an Obligor or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance DocumentDocument or the Information Memorandum; andor (b) is not responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.

Responsibility for documentation. The Agent: Agent is not responsible or liable for: (a) is not responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Agent, the Obligors a Security Party or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance Document; and (b) is not responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Relevant Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made the transactions contemplated in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.the Relevant Documents; or

Responsibility for documentation. The An Agent: (a) 19.7.1 is not responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the that Agent, the Obligors any Obligor or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance Financing Document; andor (b) 19.7.2 is not responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Financing Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Financing Document.
