Common use of Responsibility for Employees Transferring Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Employees Transferring. With respect to all employees of the Branch transferring to the Purchaser, the Seller will be responsible for all salaries, wages and benefits payable to such employees during employment by the Seller up to and including the Closing Date.
