Common use of Responsibility for Expenses Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Expenses. Licensee hereby acknowledges that the Licensee will cover 100 percent of all costs associated with providing the Service described in this Agreement with the exception that the City shall continue to pay all utility costs of operating the Transit Station.

Responsibility for Expenses. Licensee hereby acknowledges that the Licensee will cover 100 percent of all costs associated with providing the Service bus service described in this Agreement with the exception Agreement; provided that the City shall continue to pay all utility ordinary operating costs of operating the Transit Station.
