Common use of Responsibility for Expenses Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Expenses. Except as provided in Section 4.M and Section 8.A(c)(i), each party to this agreement shall pay its own expenses incurred in connection with this agreement and the completion of the Transactions that it contemplates, whether or not the Arrangement and the Transactions are completed.
