Common use of Responsibility for Expenses Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Expenses. The Account shall be responsible for all expenses related to trading the assets of such Account, including, but not limited to ETF fees, custodial fees, brokerage commissions, bank service fees, and debit balances.
