Responsibility for Investment Choice. Each Participant shall be solely responsible for the selection of his or her Investment Fund choices. No fiduciary with respect to the Plan is empowered to advise a Participant as to the manner in which his or her Accounts are to be invested, and the fact that an Investment Fund is offered shall not be construed to be a recommendation for investment.
