Responsibility for Medical Provider Services. Practice shall control and be responsible for the provision of medical services to Patients (as such term is defined on Schedule 2.1), and Company shall not engage in the practice of medicine nor shall it intervene or interfere in professional medical judgment of Practice or any Medical Provider; provided, however, that Practice shall cause the Medical Providers to comply with Company’s systems and procedures for review and improvement of the delivery of care.
