RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYMENT OF SERVICES. No parent or guardian or any other person shall be required to make any payment for services on behalf of any student covered by this Agreement. RECEIVING SCHOOL DISTRICT and its employees shall not share or accept any fee or gratuity from the student or student’s family for service provided pursuant to this Agreement.
