Responsibility For Personal Equipment. User shall be responsible for providing all equipment, supplies and materials necessary for the use and enjoyment of the Premises, except for the fixtures presently on the Premises. The User shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment, supplies and materials the User or his/her guests or invitees bring upon the Premises.
