Responsibility for Providing Wire Transfer Information. The wire transfer request is not complete until all information we request is provided by member. Members signing the CFCU Wire Transfer Request Form represent that the information they provide is correct and acknowledge responsibility for any errors resulting from incorrect or inaccurate information provided. Once CFCU accepts and executes the order, member does not have a right to cancel or amend this order.
