Responsibility for Seller Taxes. Except as otherwise provided, Front Porch will act as a “marketplace facilitator” and will be responsible for the collection and remittance of any Seller Taxes to applicable taxing authorities on Seller’s sales of Products through the Marketplace to customers located in the taxing jurisdiction. Front Porch will, however, rely on Seller’s representation of the taxing jurisdictions in which it has an obligation to collect Seller’s Taxes and the product tax codes provided by Seller in determining whether a Product is subject to tax in a particular taxing jurisdiction.
