RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PLAN AND THE PLAN TRUST. The Issuer has ultimate responsibility for the administration of the Plan and the Plan Trust. Therefore, the Issuer shall ensure that the Plan and the Plan Trust are administered in compliance with the requirements of the Applicable Legislation.
