Responsibility of Fee. If the amount of the Pershing fee exceeds the 25 bps allowable for payment by the Funds, the amount due to Pershing shall be made in two payments. The first will be direct from the Funds for the Institutional Class of shares and will not be in excess of the 25 bps allowable under the Company's Shareholder Servicing Plan. Tributary shall pay Pershing the remainder of the fee in accordance with the Agreement.
Responsibility of Fee. Tributary shall pay Fidelity the Fee in accordance with the terms of the Services Agreement.

Any amount due to Mxxxxx Sxxxxxx for the Institutional Plus class shall be paid by Tributary. All fees under the Support Agreement are to be paid by Tributary.

The first will be direct from the Company on behalf of the Funds for the 25 bps allowable under the Shareholder Servicing Fee. Tributary shall pay GWFS the remainder of the Fee in accordance with the terms of the Administrative Services Agreement.

The first will be direct from the Funds for the 25 bps allowable under the Shareholder Servicing Fee. Tributary shall pay Schwab the remainder of the Fee in accordance with the terms of the Marketplace Agreement. The amount due to Schwab for the Transaction Fee Platform shall be paid entirely by Tributary.
Responsibility of Fee. If the amount of the JPMS fee exceeds the 25 bps allowable for payment by the Funds, the amount due to JPMS shall be made in two payments. For the Institutional class of shares, the amount will be paid direct from the Funds as it is not in excess of the 25 bps allowable under the Company’s Shareholder Servicing Plan. For the Institutional Plus class of shares, Tributary will pay the entire amount.

The first will be direct from the funds for the Institutional Class of shares and will not be in excess of the 25 bps allowable under the Company's Shareholder Servicing Plan. Tributary shall pay TDATC the remainder of the fee in accordance with the Agreement.

Any amount due to Voya for the Institutional Plus class shall be paid by Tributary.
