Responsibility of Master Tenant. Master Tenant shall serve as the master developer and sublandlord for the Subtenants and shall be obligated to ensure that the Premises are properly and fully operated, in good condition, for the approved commercial uses. Master Tenant shall be the primary point of contact for the Town with regard to all operational, administrative, and compliance issues under this Lease.

  • Responsibility of the Contractor The Contractor shall be responsible for the quality, technical accuracy, and the coordination of all deliverables and other services furnished by the Contractor under this Contract. The Contractor shall, without additional compensation, correct, or revise any errors or deficiencies in the Work which are discovered within a twelve-month period of final completion of Work.
