Responsibility of Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator shall maintain such records, and make such reports, as may be necessary for the proper administration of the Custodial Account. In addition to the responsibilities with respect to Mutual Funds set forth in Article V, the Program Coordinator shall retain, and periodically review the performance of, Matrix and the Recordkeeper, and maintain such agreements with each Employer and/or Plan Administrator as may be necessary for the Custodial Account to be available to the Eligible Employees of Employers.
