Mutual Funds definition

Mutual Funds means (i) all open-end mutual funds; and (ii) similar pooled investment vehicles established in non-U.S. jurisdictions, such as registered investment trusts in Japan. For purposes of the Code, Mutual Fund does not include shares of open-end money market mutual funds (unless otherwise advised by Compliance).
Mutual Funds means the mutual funds registered with SEBI under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996.
Mutual Funds means registered open-end investment companies (and does not include closed-end investment companies).

More Definitions of Mutual Funds

Mutual Funds means an investment company registered under the Act.
Mutual Funds means open-end investment companies registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (and does not include closed-end investment companies). For purposes of this code, Mutual Funds does not include Exchange Traded Funds.
