Common use of RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER Clause in Contracts

RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. The Provider shall perform all of its obligations in the manner set forth in this Agreement including, without limitation, selling the Products to the City at the prices and quantities set forth in the Provider’s Quote, and all related additional or incidental tasks necessary to effectuate the intent of this Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. The Provider shall perform all of its obligations in the manner set forth in this Agreement including, without limitation, selling the Products to the City at the prices equipment, licenses, and quantities maintenance (“Products”) set forth in the Provider’s quote numbered #002861 v1, dated May 12, 2021 (“Quote”), attached hereto as Exhibit A, and all related additional or incidental tasks necessary to effectuate the intent of this Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. The Provider shall perform all of its obligations in the manner set forth in this Agreement including, without limitation, selling the Products to the City at the prices and quantities set forth in the Provider’s Quoterevised quote dated February 10, 2021(“RFP”) attached hereto as Exhibit C, complying with the terms of the Request for Proposal, attached hereto as Exhibit A, and all related additional or incidental tasks necessary to effectuate the intent of this Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. The Provider shall perform all of its obligations in the manner set forth in this Agreement including, without limitation, selling the Products to the City at the prices and quantities set forth in the Provider’s quote dated April 2, 2020 (the “Quote”) attached hereto as Exhibit A, and all related additional or incidental tasks necessary to effectuate the intent of this Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. The Provider shall perform all of its obligations in the manner set forth in this Agreement including, without limitation, selling the Products to the City at the prices and quantities set forth in the Provider’s QuoteQuotes, and all related additional or incidental tasks necessary to effectuate the intent of this Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. The Provider shall perform all of its obligations in the manner set forth in this Agreement including, without limitation, selling the Products to the City at the prices and quantities set forth in the Provider’s quote dated March 19, 2021 (the “Quote”) attached hereto as Exhibit A, and all related additional or incidental tasks necessary to effectuate the intent of this Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. The Provider shall perform all of its obligations in the manner set forth in this Agreement including, without limitation, selling the Products to the City at the prices and quantities set forth in the Provider’s quote dated February 28, 2020 (the “Quote”) attached hereto as Exhibit A, and all related additional or incidental tasks necessary to effectuate the intent of this Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. The Provider shall perform all of its obligations in the manner set forth in this Agreement including, without limitation, selling the Products to the City at the prices and quantities set forth in the Provider’s quote dated September 16, 2021 (the “Quote”) attached hereto as Exhibit A, and all related additional or incidental tasks necessary to effectuate the intent of this Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. The Provider shall perform all of its obligations in the manner set forth in this Agreement including, without limitation, selling the Products to the City at the prices and quantities set forth in the Provider’s quote dated March 15, 2021 (the “Quote”) attached hereto as Exhibit A, and all related additional or incidental tasks necessary to effectuate the intent of this Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. The Provider shall perform all of its obligations in the manner set forth in this Agreement including, without limitation, selling the Products to the City at the prices and quantities set forth in the Provider’s quote dated March 18, 2021 (the “Quote”) attached hereto as Exhibit A, and all related additional or incidental tasks necessary to effectuate the intent of this Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. The Provider shall perform all of its obligations in the manner set forth in this Agreement including, without limitation, selling the Products to the City at the prices and quantities set forth in the Provider’s Quote dated December 10, 2019 (the “Quote, ”) attached hereto as Exhibit A and all related additional or incidental tasks necessary to effectuate the intent of this Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. The Provider shall perform all of its obligations in the manner set forth in this Agreement including, without limitation, selling the Products and Installation and Maintenance Services to the City at the prices and quantities set forth in the Provider’s Quotetwo quotes dated October 28, 2020 and November 3, 2020 and attached hereto as Exhibit A and Exhibit B, respectively (collectively the “Quotes”), and all related additional or incidental tasks necessary to effectuate the intent of this Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. The Provider shall perform all of its obligations in the manner set forth in this Agreement including, without limitation, selling the Products to the City at the prices and quantities set forth in the Provider’s Quote, Quotes and all related additional or incidental tasks necessary to effectuate the intent of this Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. The Provider shall perform all of its obligations in the manner set forth in this Agreement including, without limitation, selling the Products to the City at the prices and quantities set forth in the Provider’s quote dated November 20, 2019 (“Quote”) attached hereto as Exhibit A, and all related additional or incidental tasks necessary to effectuate the intent of this Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. The Provider shall perform all of its obligations in the manner set forth in this Agreement including, without limitation, selling the Products to the City at the prices and quantities set forth in the Provider’s Quotebid dated May 13, 2020 (“Bid”) attached hereto as Exhibit B, complying with the terms of the Invitation to Bid, attached hereto as Exhibit B, the additional terms, attached hereto as Exhibit C, and all related additional or incidental tasks necessary to effectuate the intent of this Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. The Provider shall perform all of its obligations in the manner set forth in this Agreement including, without limitation, selling the Products to the City at the prices and quantities set forth in the Provider’s Quotebid dated May 5, 2020 (the “Bid”), attached hereto as Exhibit A, complying with the terms of the Invitation to Bid attached hereto as Exhibit B, and all related additional or incidental tasks necessary to effectuate the intent of this Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. The Provider shall perform all of its obligations in the manner set forth in this Agreement including, without limitation, selling the Products to the City at the prices and quantities set forth in the Provider’s quote dated July 16, 2020 (the “Quote”) attached hereto as Exhibit A, and all related additional or incidental tasks necessary to effectuate the intent of this Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. The Provider shall perform all of its obligations in the manner set forth in this Agreement including, without limitation, selling the Products to the City at the prices and quantities set forth in the Provider’s Quote, performing the Maintenance Services as set forth in the Provider’s Quote, and all related additional or incidental tasks necessary to effectuate the intent of this Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. The Provider shall perform all of its obligations in the manner set forth in this Agreement including, without limitation, selling the Products to the City at the prices and quantities set forth in the Provider’s quote dated October 25, 2021 (the “Quote”) attached hereto as Exhibit A, and all related additional or incidental tasks necessary to effectuate the intent of this Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. The Provider shall perform all of its obligations in the manner set forth in this Agreement including, without limitation, selling the Products to the City at the prices and quantities set forth in the Provider’s quote dated August 3, 2020 (the “Quote”) attached hereto as Exhibit A, and all related additional or incidental tasks necessary to effectuate the intent of this Agreement.
