Responsibility of Supplier. The Supplier agrees that it is shall be liable for any damages, costs, expenses, losses, claims, or actions arising from either a breach, violation, or non-performance of the terms of the Contract or from any errors, omissions, negligent acts and omissions of or willful misconduct relating to any Services provided by itself or by its Related EntitiesPersonnel. The Supplier shall advise its Related Entities Personnel of their obligations under the Contract Agreement and shall ensure their compliance with the applicable terms of the Agreement. This paragraph shall survive the termination or expiry of this Contract.
